Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Australia had the blessing to hold its 3rd Qaideen Refresher Course (QRC) from 18th – 19th of November 2017. The program was held in Masjid Baitul Huda, Sydney. By the grace of Allah, the Almighty, the attendance of Qaideen was very good and had participation from each interstate Majlis. Qaideen & National Amila members of Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Australia took active part in the proceedings of Refresher Course.

The program started on the 18th of November with the offering of Tahajjud prayer and was followed by Salatul Fajr and Dars. After offering Fajr prayer, opening session started in Mosque’s upper hall. Session was chaired by Respected Sadr Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Australia Mukaram Waqas Ahmed Sahib.  Session started with the recitation of Holy Quran with translation followed by Pledge of Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya led by Respected Sadr Sahib. Welcome note was presented by Respected Nazim-e-Ala of QRC Mukaram Ata-ul-Qadeer Sahib Naib Sadr I and he further explained the house keeping rules. An informal Q&A session took place where the expectations and goals were established for the QRC with input from the audience. Respected Sadr Sahib Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Australia delivered his opening address where he emphasized on the importance and blessings of Khilafat and how we can become a role model for all Khuddam and Atfal of Australia. Opening session was concluded with the Silent prayer led by Respected Sadr Sahib Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Australia.

All Members of National Majlis-e-Amila presented their annual plans for the upcoming Khuddam year 2018. All Mohtamimeen shared their detailed strategies with Qaideen on how to implement those action items. Qaideen were encouraged to ask any questions which they deem need clarification. Details of new reporting structure were also shared with Qaideen where they’re asked to take part in an activity to fill report form and provide feedback.

After offering Zuhr and Asr prayers, all members headed towards Cattai National Park for picnic. This was a great opportunity for Qaideen and National Amila members to bond together. All members thoroughly enjoyed playing a different kind of traditional sport which allowed everyone to participate. After sports, remaining departments presented their departmental plans and strategies. As the sunset was approaching Respected Sadr Sahib Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya instructed all members to head towards Masjid Baitul Huda for Maghrib Prayer.

After offering Maghrib & Isha Prayers, Qaideen and members of National had the privilege of having a Q&A session with Respected Ameer and Missionary Incharge Imam Inam-ul-Haq Kauser Sahib.  Qaideen and National Amla Members were encouraged to ask questions and seek solutions to any difficulties they face while performing their Khidmat. Respected Ameer Sahib reminded all the members of QRC, the wish of Khalifatul Masih (aba) that Khuddam should play the role of being the backbone of Jamaat. He further gave instructions to Aitamad department to be regular in Monthly General and Amla meetings. He strongly emphasized on the importance of reading the books of Promised Messiah (AS). Q&A session was concluded with the silent prayer led by Respected Ameer Sahib.

On Sunday 19th November, concluding session took place where Qaideen were encouraged to ask any questions from National Amla members which they deem it essential in the line of their Khidmat. Respected Qaid Sahib Region South Australia gave a short presentation about their last year’s hard work in winning the Alme Inami. Final instructions were given by Respected Sadr Sahib Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Australia to all Qaideen and National Amla Members. Session was concluded with the silent prayer led by Respected Sadr Sahib.
